Who we are

Proximity Healthcare is a provider-led mobile medical practice, created to make quality healthcare more accessible beyond the walls of a traditional clinic.

Our model is designed to help bridge the gap between the hospital, healthcare facility, and home—supporting patients who may face transportation or mobility limitations, difficulty accessing primary care, or financial, language, immigration-related, and other barriers that may cause them to delay needed healthcare.

We welcome opportunities to collaborate with hospitals, LTACs, skilled nursing facilities, home health agencies, assisted living communities, diagnostic providers, and other healthcare organizations to improve access and continuity of care throughout South Texas.

Our mission is simple: bring compassionate, professional medical care closer to the patient—wherever they call home.
